BEVERLY LOGE

December 24, 1949 — June 2, 2011

Beverly Loge Beverly Loge, age 62, of Valley City, ND passed away June 2, 2011 in Sanford Health in Fargo, ND Beverly Gaye Loge was born to Richard E. Loge and Alice (Brosten) Loge at Valley City’s Mercy Hospital on December 24th, 1948. She, her parents, and sisters lived on a farm between Cooperstown and Hannaford her formative years. She received her education at Cooperstown High School and Hillcrest Lutheran Academy of Fergus Falls, MN. Over the years she has held several part time jobs in the Valley City community. She enjoyed music, singing, feeding and watching the birds, caring for her beautiful flowers and plants, shopping, going out to eat, and sightseeing. Her smile and laughter were infectious to those privileged to know her. She is survived by sisters: Jean (Jake) DeVries of Litchville, ND, Eileen (Lawrence) Edland of Mandan, ND, Darlene (Joe) Risch of Glyndon, MN, Dorinne (Gary) Thompson of Fergus Falls, MN, and Pat Loge (Wayne) Streitz of Columbus, MT, as well as many nephews, nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces. She was preceded in death by her sister Ruth, her parents, and grandparents. Funeral Services will be held June 7, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Trinity Lutheran Church, 499-4th Ave. NW in Valley City, ND. Visitation will be one hour before services in the Church. Pastor Paul Peterson will be officiating. Internment will be in the Westley Cemetery, rural Cooperstown at 1:00 pm. Memorials may be given to Open Door 129-3rd Ave NE of Valley City, ND where Beverly most recently resided. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
