Marcella Mae Fors, 82, Binford,  ND passed away peacefully on December 7, 2020 at her son's home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Marcy was born July 29, 1938 to Leonard and Sara (Hadey) Anderson. In 1955 she married Donald Fors.  They farmed all of their lives and loved the farm. Together they had 2 children, Sharon and Steven.

Marcy worked with the elderly, baked and helped her men on the farm. She felt the hardest job was growing old and not being able to do the things she enjoyed.  Marcy deeply appreciated all those who cared for her and especially the friends that were always there for her.

Marcy wishes to express her deepest appreciation to Steve, Rhonda, Stacia, Taylin, Cassdon, Judy Zimprich, Lori Eggermont and Hospice for all of the love and care she was given.

She is survived by 2 children; Sharon (Wayne) Burgard and Steven (Rhonda) Fors. Grandchildren; Stacia Zimprich, Arielle (Nick) Peterson, Dallas, Landyn, and Midge Fors, Christina Lunde.  Great-Grand kids; Taylin, Cassdon Zimprich, Vaira, Sloan and Fredrick Peterson. brothers; Dwayne (Elna) Anderson and Ron Anderson.

Preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Sara Anderson; husband, Donald.

Marcy loved her Faithful Lord and Savior. 

Due to covid, restrictions must be followed and masks must be worn. Visitation will be Friday, December 11, 2020, from 11:00 to 1:00 pm in the Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home in Cooperstown, ND. Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service will be held at 1:30 pm following the visitation. Interment will follow at the Binford Cemetery, Binford, ND at 2:15 pm.
